While that original model is no longer available, its legacy lives on. We’ve taken everything we learned from the original design and built a modern replacement — the 4-Play Advanced — featuring updated hardware, expanded capabilities, and continued support.

Worldwide shipping

We use USPS to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers. However, due to recent changes, some international packages are no longer eligible for tracking once they leave the United States.To ensure better reliability and protection for both you and us, all international orders will now be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.Please note that once a package is handed over to the postal service, any shipping issues such as delays, loss, or damage fall under the carrier’s responsibility, not the seller’s. Customers may file a claim directly with USPS for lost or damaged shipments.As a small business, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues beyond our control. This policy helps us remain fair, transparent, and sustainable while ensuring your order is securely shipped.
