However, due to recent changes, some international packages are no longer eligible for tracking once they leave the United States.To ensure better reliability and protection for both you and us, all international orders will now be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.Please note that once a package is handed over to the postal service, any shipping issues such as delays, loss, or damage fall under the carrier’s responsibility, not the seller’s. Customers may file a claim directly with USPS for lost or damaged shipments.As a small business, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues beyond our control.
